Vardan Ter-Antonyan is a scientist, operator, and executive who has spent more than two decades inside pharmaceutical and regulated environments, advancing from technical roles into senior leadership and C-suite responsibility.

Over the course of his career, he has held Director, Vice President, Chief Scientific Officer, and Site Director positions, with direct responsibility for operations, finance, business development, and board-level reporting. His experience spans organizations ranging from early-stage ventures to large-scale enterprises with thousands of employees.

Having worked at the intersection of science, operations, and executive governance, Vardan has observed firsthand how leadership decisions are actually made—particularly the often-unspoken criteria organizations use when selecting executives. C-Suite Bible reflects those observations, informed by both his own tenure in senior roles and his exposure to successful—and unsuccessful—CXO transitions.

In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Vardan has founded and advised businesses, further deepening his perspective on risk, capital allocation, and institutional trust.

He holds a Master’s degree in Molecular Biophysics, is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree. He speaks and consults on executive transition, operational excellence, and leadership decision-making.
